PM Hun Sen's Eldest Brother Has Returned to Cambodia

PHNOM PENH: Prime Minister Hun Sen's sister, Hun Sinath, has announced that the eldest brother of the Hun family, Hun San, has returned to Cambodia after receiving medical treatment in Thailand.

Hun San is the eldest brother of Prime Minister Hun Sen. While he was receiving medical treatment in Thailand, the second brother of the Hun family, Samdech Tep Nhean Hun Neng, passed away from a heart attack.

When Hun Neng passed away, Prime Minister Hun Sen, the third brother in the family, told Hun San's children not to tell him the sad news because of his weak health condition. At the time, the Prime Minister said that he did not know what would happen after Hun San would hear the news of Hun Neng's passing without anyone informing him. "It will be sad in the next few days," the Prime Minister said.

Prime Minister Hun Sen has six siblings: his eldest brother, Hun San, second eldest brother, Hun Neng, followed by Prime Minister Hun Sen himself, his eldest sister, Hun Senny, second sister, Hun Sinath, and youngest sister, Hun Bunthoeun.
